Perkins’ work grew from years in education and a long-standing focus on the gap between schooling and the tools young people need to move forward. The earlier Hustle Culture framework organized personal and professional development around skills, competencies, principles, purpose, vision and action. Avodah Success is adapting those ideas for a new grades 9–12 student-success experience—inside the daily life of school rather than as a separate motivational program.
